Fedora – Mentoring Organization in GCI 2012

The Fedora project is featuring in Google Code In 2012, for the first time after successful completion of 7 GSoC turns. Official announcement can be found at summer-coding mailing list[1] and related Google Blog post can be found at their open source blog[2]. For more details please refer to GCI Portal in the wiki[3].

Interested mentors and students please do refer to GCI portal and get back to us if you need any clarification. It is good to have more mentors so that we can have more students and tasks. However as always our policy should be count the quality rather than the quantity.

I would like to thank co-org admins, mentors and other contributors who helped during application submission period by adding tasks and shaping the program planning. I am convinced that we can achieve the success in this winter (holidays) and it is required to get succeed.
